Paid Job training

We hire young adults, ages 18-27, looking to gain job skills and earn a living wage. They "earn while they learn" in one of SJCC+CS's paid job training programs, completing projects that benefit the community in the areas of zero waste, natural resource management, and construction through our housing initiative.

For the Community

Work crews make a difference by contributing to the success of our community. Helping people, improving the environment, beautifying our neighborhoods, these are just a couple of ways our crews will impact others.
