CREDIT RECOVERY

San Jose Conservation Corps Charter School offers the most comprehensive, accelerated credit recovery program in the county with multiple starting points offered for maximum schedule flexibility.

We accept young adults 17 ½  to 27 years old and offer an array of support services and mentorship.

Graduation Requirements

150 credits (core subjects and electives) + 1 community service project if enrolled for more than 3 grading periods

  • Social Science - 30 credits

  • Mathematics - 20 Credits

  • English - 40 credits

  • Science - 20 credits

  • Fine Arts - 10 credits

  • Electives - 20 credits

  • PE - 10 credits

SCHOOL SCHEDULE

School hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM except Wednesdays with a shortened day that ends at 2:07 PM.

*Flexible scheduling options and independent study are available as needed.*

Earning Credits / Grading Periods

  • School year divided into  6 grading periods, 6–8 weeks long

  • Students earn between 19.5 and 23.5 credits per grading period, up to 57 credits per semester, and 118 credits per year.

  • Can earn additional credits through supplemental classes on Edgenuity (with admin permission)

  • Show up every day, do the work to pass your classes and you WILL graduate!
